1 · Who may use it
The clinical edition is intended for use by, or under the supervision of, qualified speech-language pathologists, neuropsychologists and physicians. The caregiver-facing material on this site is general educational information for families and is open to anyone.
2 · What the software does — and does not do
Cognitrion administers a spontaneous-speech assessment, analyses the recording, produces a classification with an explicit confidence value, and generates a report for clinician review. Where the evidence does not separate two possibilities, it says so and asks for the additional subtest that would decide it, rather than presenting a single answer.
It does not provide a diagnosis, does not replace formal standardised assessment, and does not operate without a clinician. Where its confidence is below the configured threshold, it will not finalise a classification without a clinician's decision.
3 · Regulatory status
Cognitrion is a research and clinical-decision-support product. It is not registered as a medical device, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim of medical-device approval or of clinical efficacy. Patent application 202521091684 has been filed in India; "patent pending" refers to that application and not to any granted right.
4 · The demonstration environment
app.cognitrion.ai is provided for evaluation. It is intended for synthetic or dummy patients only. Do not enter real patient-identifiable information into it. It may change or be unavailable without notice, and no service level is promised.
5 · Clinical responsibility
Clinical judgement, diagnosis and treatment remain entirely with the treating clinician. The clinician is responsible for verifying the transcript, reviewing the report and deciding what to do with it. Nothing produced by the software is a substitute for professional assessment.
6 · Intellectual property
The Cognitrion name and logo, the software, the report format and the site content belong to Activénse™ Holistic Solutions Private Limited. The caregiver material may be printed and shared freely for non-commercial use with families, unaltered and with attribution.
7 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranty of fitness for a particular clinical purpose, and we are not liable for clinical decisions taken with it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
